Return & Refund Policy

We understand that purchasing crypto hardware is a significant decision. Our return policy is designed to ensure transparency and trust, while maintaining the security integrity of our products.


Change of Mind Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • We offer a 30-day change of mind return on most items from the date of purchase.

  • To request a return, contact us at ehw.returns@pm.me with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent.

  • All returns must meet the following conditions:

    • Item is unopened, in original packaging, with all accessories included

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

    • The item must arrive undamaged at our facility

    • Use of tracked and insured postage is strongly recommended — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Note: For security and integrity reasons, opened crypto hardware products cannot be returned under change-of-mind.


Warranty Claims

Most products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering hardware faults or defects. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product. Please check individual product descriptions.

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Contact us at ehw.returns@pm.me with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. We may request photos, a video, or further information to assist in troubleshooting before authorising a return.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item for assessment or replacement.


Important Terms of Purchase

  • We are not liable for any lost cryptocurrency or data due to the use, misconfiguration, or loss of a hardware wallet or related device.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check and test the device upon delivery to confirm:

    1. The correct item was received

    2. The item is not damaged or visibly defective upon arrival

If there is a problem, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
