Most products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering hardware faults or defects. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, so please check individual product descriptions.
If you believe your item is faulty:

2. Important Terms of Purchase

We are not liable for any lost cryptocurrency or data due to the use, misconfiguration, or loss of a hardware wallet or related device.

Customers are responsible for checking the device upon delivery to confirm:

3. Exchanges
